Reflections on water offer a teasing glimpse into another world. I was walking the river and slowed when I came upon this. The light, the trees, the water and the rocks gave me pause. Inspiration. The current of the gentle river swirled over a perfect shelf of stones. It was abstract enough to create a unique perspective but real enough that we can connect to it completely. The colors are pure autumn, presented in contrast to what one would normally expect. I was blown away when I got the image back from the lab.
