Conversations with locals and new friends pointed the way to hidden gems and breathtaking vistas. Every morning was a race against the clock, to get everything ready and on the road before the sun even thought about coming up. The mission, to discover the next majestic landscape, chasing the sun’s ever-changing light, striving each day to capture its glory more magnificently than the last.
This relentless search quickly turned into a kind of obsession, but the payoff was incredible. A small dirt road, flanked by the cypress trees, twisting and turning until it led to an old farmhouse nestled in the valley below. It was the epitome of a Tuscan dream, a scene so perfect it seemed to leap straight out of the imagination.
