I came upon a tiny stream where the entire spectrum of autumn danced in reflection. It was unique and gorgeous. I had been searching for this scene, since an area is most often dominated by a single color. Now, I had them all. The morning shadow of the mountain provided the perfect even lighting. I began shooting, experimenting with length of exposure and I was lost in the moment. It was meditative, sitting there in the wilderness with the creek bubbling before me, and the feeling of peace surrounding me.
