It is one of the most futuristic-looking buildings I have come across – a work of art in itself that truly stands out against the landscape of L.A. The contoured metallic façade perfectly reflects the gleaming California sun. The sharp points, extending up to the cosmos seem to pierce right through the atmosphere. My love of Mother Nature will never tire, but moments like this remind me of mankind’s undying devotion to adorn this world with architectural beauty. Just look at it. After gazing up at the structure in its entirety, I decided to narrow my field of view to capture its powerful essence – no background, no negative space. The result is practically a three-dimensional image – offering the illusion that you could just about run your fingers along the polished surface. It is such an intense combination of form and light that I could stare at for hours.
