There is something always fascinating about canyon light, always changing, creating a whole new world inside the canyon. This morning the tall walls of the canyon were beautifully lit with early morning winter sun. I was the first person to enter the canyon - it was a feeling that rushed through me. Feeling the ancient sandstone walls and the scent of the desert, I used a really wide angle lens and crammed myself up against the canyon walls to grab this angle of the full sandstone cavern. It felt like I was looking out through a keyhole back through time into the ancient Navajo land. Such a incredible feeling that I hope I captured on film.
