On another incredibly beautiful summers day in Cairns, I made my way by small launch out to Upolu Cay. From this position, having waded out quite a way into the ocean, I was able to capture a shot encompassing the entire cay as well as the distant horizon to show the perspective. This shot is all about colour, and the contrast of the pristine cay against the water with its dazzling array of blue gradation provided the perfect palette!
