I have always been challenged to capture a panoramic image of the Grand Canyon. I have taken many smaller format images, but never found the right location to capture the vision of the canyon within the panoramic format. The early morning combined with the crimson glow of the rising sun greeted me as I approached the cliff edge. The vista before me of the Grand Canyon totally enveloped me and I knew instinctively I had a few precious minutes to capture the rising sun.
